When can I expect my purchases to ship?
We try to send everything out within 14 days of recieveing your order, but we do all work full time jobs and we are an independetly run band with no team but ourselves handling merch, so this can sometimes cause a delay. We will do our best to keep you informed if there is a delay beyond 14 days.
What if I want to return my purchase?
As long as the CDs have not been opened from their wrapping or the clothing been worn, then please contact us via [email protected] to arrange returns but you will need to cover the cost of postage to return.
Once we receive your items, in the above stipulated condition, we will refund your purchase cost immediately, less the fees paypal charge.
